Equine

The Racing Industry in Victoria is primarily concerned with the breeding, training and racing of thoroughbred horses.

At East Gippsland Institute of TAFE, training for careers in Racing, is offered through the Equine Study Centre in Sale. We currently offer training from Sale to Caulfield including Cranbourne, Mornington, South Gippsland, Pakenham and all outlying regions.

We have extensive industry support and an established network of contacts throughout the industry which supports the delivery of a quality program.
