Forestech, The Living Resources Centre, is located in a fabulous building set in a natural forest, with easy access to forest, lakes, sea and rivers.

A unique place to study.

Reception

The Reception features a floor of mixed species natural grade timbers from the Eucalypts: Messmate, Yellow and Brown Stringybark, Southern Mahogany
and Silvertop Ash.

The Reception Desk was designed and produced by Forestech Furniture Design students. It is made of Red Gum and Ash veneer.

Timbers cafe

The floor is made of natural feature grade Ash.

Tables and chairs were specified and manufactured using Ash veneers and this has resulted in the supplier now using our local species rather than imported rainforest timber.

Come in to enjoy a bite to eat or a cup of tea or coffee.
