Please note that all fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the course, unless an Invoice Authority is received. We will then forward an invoice after training is completed.
Results/certificates will be issued as soon as possible.
To cancel a place in one of our programs, please contact South East Australian Training Services at the earliest opportunity. If you withdrawn from a course and request a refund, the following will apply:
- Where the program is cancelled by South East Australian Training Services, a full refund will be paid.
- If you withdraw:
- More than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course, 80% of the fee will be refunded.
- Less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course, 20% of the fee will be refunded.
- Once the course has commenced there will be no refund of fees.
Please note: Where the course contains material fees, refund of these will be at the discretion of the Institute. |
