Assessment

- Open and honest feedback about your assessment tasks is provided by teachers.
- The results of assessments are provided within 15 working days of the due date.
Flexibility
- We aim to provide flexibility in training to meet your needs.
- We are working hard to increase the online learning options available to you.
- We process final applications for Recognition of Prior Learning and Current Competence within 10 working days from when you submit all your evidence.
Processing withdrawals
- We will process your withdrawal and fees balance, including any allowable refunds, within 15 working days from when you submit a signed withdrawal form.
