International

East Gippsland Institute of TAFE's international activities over the last 5 years have included:

• Participation in international missions and study tours to China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam
• Delivery of training/consultancy in Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Tonga, Tuvalu, Canada and the United States
• Participation in a student/staff cultural exchange program with the Tokyo National College of Technology (TNCT) in conjunction with Central Gippsland Institute of TAFE.
• Delivery of training in Hospitality and Tourism in Brunei.

The concept of cultural and educational exchange is supported for its capacity to build relationships as well as being worthy in its own right for staff and students.
