Application Forms for Prospective Students
Application for Entry (ENR001)

Most Institute courses have selection criteria that students are required to meet to be selected for entry to a course. Prospective students are to complete an Application for Entry form to register their interest to undertake the selection process for the course. The criteria are developed by the Team to ensure that students selected have the potential to achieve the required learning outcomes.

NOTE: Application for Entry is not required for short courses. Eg Vocational Bar, Safe Food Handling.

Phone Student Services on 1300 133 717 to check if your course of interest requires this form.
